This hotel is in Back Bay, within walking distance of the conference site and of public transportation at Back Bay station on the Orange Line. Parking is $36 a day at a site across from the hotel. Restaurants on the premises.

This is a motel on the Cambridge border. Free parking. A 5 minute walk to the end of the Red Line subway at Alewife. A 30 to 40 minute ride to conference site.

St. Margaret’s Convent could accomodate 20 with a suggested donation of $60 per person per night. Although the Convent doors are alarmed and locked at 8:30 pm, the sisters have a two bedroom apartment across the street which can accomodate four and is not alarmed. Directions to St. Margaret's Convent from Old South Church. Walk to Back Bay Station. Take Orange Line in the direction of Forest Hills (Outbound) Get off at Roxbury Crossing. Turn right as you exit station. Cross Columbus Ave. Take a right onto Columbus Ave. and walk one block to the end of the Roxbury Community College complex. Turn left onto Cedar Street and walk up the hill to light. Cross intersection and take a right up the hill onto Fort Ave. Turn left onto the first street (Highland Park Ave). The convent is at the end of the street.
